Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales prospects in the construction and building materials industry. Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and identify selling possibilities. Set up meetings with potential clients and present NUEWAL''s product offerings. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections as needed. Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and other important data. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive, or similar role. Understanding of sales performance metrics and experience with CRM software.
