Pour plus dinformation, cliquez ici.Responsabilits clsFournir une assistance analytique en matire de service la clientle, avec un accent particulier sur les mesures cls du niveau de service.Prparer, surveiller et partager les rapports de performance des clients, analyser les carts et recommander des actions correctives.Collaborer avec des partenaires multifonctionnels pour identifier les causes premires des problmes et mettre en uvre des plans correctifs.Soutenir lquipe de service client dans la mise jour des KPI, tableaux de bord, donnes de rfrence et processus damlioration continue.Contribuer aux projets visant optimiser les processus de la chane dapprovisionnement et amliorer lexprience client.Maintenir une communication rgulire avec les partenaires internes et externes pour s'assurer de la comprhension et du respect des niveaux de service attendus.Ce que nous recherchonsQualifications requisesDiplme universitaire, de prfrence en chane d'approvisionnement, affaires, ingnierie ou domaine connexe.Minimum de 2 ans d'exprience dans un rle analytique ou en service client/logistique.Matrise des outils Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint et Power BI.Excellentes comptences analytiques et en rsolution de problmes.Bonne capacit communiquer avec des intervenants varis (internes et externes).Excellente organisation et capacit travailler dans un environnement en volution rapide.Qualifications souhaitesExprience dans un environnement de biens de consommation (FMCG).Connaissance dun systme ERP (SAP de prfrence).Capacit dmontre conduire des amliorations de processus.Bilinguisme franais/anglais est un atout.Vos avantages et conditionsRgime davantages sociaux concurrentielCongs dentreprise et vacances pays, jours de bnvolat, heures allges les vendredis dt, et beaucoup plus!Occasions dapprentissage et de perfectionnementGroupes-ressources employsKenvue tire fiert de son statut d'employeur quitable. For more information, click here.Department: Customer ServiceLocation: Markham, CanadaReports to: Manager, Customer ServiceTravel: Up to 10%What you will doThe Customer Logistics Representative (bilingual) will be responsible for managing an end-to-end (E2E) retail customer portfoliofrom order receipt through to deduction resolution. The role will work closely with internal and external partners to identify opportunities that deliver joint value and enhance the customer experience. This individual will bring a strong continuous improvement mindset and use data-driven insights to streamline operations and drive customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the daily customer management process from order receipt to deduction resolution, collaborating with Distribution, Transportation, and Customer Development teams.Identify and eliminate recurring process inefficiencies to increase order accuracy and product availability, contributing to OTIF-D (On-Time In-Full at Delivery) performance.Utilize tools such as SAP, High Radius, Tableau, Power BI, and other Kenvue systems to uncover insights and drive operational improvements.Foster strong customer relationships through proactive, timely, and solution-oriented communication.Partner with cross-functional teams including Transportation, Distribution, Ecosystems, Supply Chain, and Customer Development to minimize non-compliance deductions and support cash flow objectives.What we are looking forEducationA university degree in a relevant field is required.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong written and verbal communication skills.Bilingual (French & English, written and verbal).Collaborative team player who builds strong business relationships.High attention to detail, sense of urgency, and action-oriented mindset.Curious and passionate about continuous improvement.Business-savvy with experience delivering results.Strong analytical skills and ability to implement scalable solutions.PreferredRelevant work experience is an asset; strong new graduates will also be considered.Experience with SAP ONES4, High Radius, Excel, EDI, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous.Understanding of supply chain principles is a plus.Whats in it for youCompetitive Benefit Package*Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesKenvuer Impact Networks*This list could vary based on location/region.*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
