This role is key to understanding why customers stay, why they leave, and how we can proactively influence their journey. If you love interpreting signals, spotting trends, and building actionable strategies, youll thrive at Enercare.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer behavior, lifecycle data, and churn trends across key segmentsDevelop predictive models and insights to identify at-risk customersDesign and track retention campaigns alongside Marketing and Product teamsCreate dashboards and reports to monitor retention KPIs and churn triggersCollaborate cross-functionally to recommend solutions for improving customer stickinessTest and measure the impact of interventions on churn reductionPresent findings and strategic recommendations to leadershipWhat You BringBachelors degree in Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, Economics, or related field3+ years of experience in customer analytics, preferably in a subscription or SaaS environmentStrong proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI)Experience in building and validating predictive modelsAnalytical storytelling skillscan translate complex findings into clear actionsComfort with ambiguity and a knack for digging beneath surface-level metricsEnercare is an equal opportunity employer.
