Your impact As a Lifemark physiotherapist, youll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will: Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.Are you the right fit?
