In this role, you'll oversee flooring projects from scheduling through to final walkthrough. You'll coordinate installers, manage materials and site readiness, and ensure every project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities- Plan, schedule, and manage flooring installation projects across multiple job sites- Confirm material deliveries and ensure job sites are ready prior to installation- Communicate regularly with clients, installers, and suppliers to coordinate timelines and expectations- Maintain accurate documentation including job progress updates, change orders, and project notes- Conduct final inspections and ensure all work meets company standards and client satisfaction- Answer and respond to phone calls from customers, clients, and installers professionally and efficientlyQualifications & Skills- Experience in the flooring or construction industry is an asset (not required)- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities- Positive attitude with a proactive, team-first mindset- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Comfortable reading floor plans and using measurement tools- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredWhy Join Ashley Fine Floors?- Work with a supportive and experienced team- Be part of a company that values quality, service, and integrity- Opportunity to grow within a respected industry leader- Competitive compensation based on experience
