With a strong emphasis on safety, innovation, and efficiency, we are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to lead and support our operations team.Job Summary:As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with over five years of supervisory experience in the food manufacturing sector. You will play a key part in driving performance, coaching frontline staff, and maintaining compliance with GMP and HACCP protocols.Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate, and lead production staff on a designated shift to ensure safe and efficient operation of the production line Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow to meet deadlines and production targets Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards (GMP, HACCP, CFIA) Conduct regular safety talks and enforce health & safety policies Monitor line performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to promote skill development and engagement Maintain accurate production records, reports, and logs Liaise with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure seamless operations Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wasteQualifications: Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a food / CPG manufacturing environment Proven knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented approach Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume production settings Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and make sound decisions under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office and production tracking systems Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed
