Job Title

As an Aircraft Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all maintenance activities for the aircraft fleet, ensuring that all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is performed efficiently and on time.You will work closely with the maintenance team to schedule routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance checks, ensuring minimal downtime for the aircraft.You will develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules, taking into account flight schedules, crew availability, and aircraft usage to optimize efficiency.You will ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.You will track and document maintenance records, ensuring all maintenance tasks are accurately logged and that any discrepancies or issues are resolved promptly.You will coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that necessary parts and materials are available when needed for maintenance tasks.You will monitor aircraft performance and assist with troubleshooting mechanical or technical issues, coordinating with the technical team for repairs.You will communicate with flight operations, ensuring that aircraft are available and ready for flight when needed and that any maintenance delays are communicated effectively.You will assist in managing the maintenance budget, tracking costs and ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed within budgetary constraints.Lastly, you will ensure that the aircraft fleet is maintained to the highest standards, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and operational readiness.Must be eligible to work in Canada and pass a criminal record check and Controlled Goods Screening.
