This role involves handling inbound customer communications, processing orders, generating shipping documents, and maintaining accurate records in Business Central and the CRM system. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Purchasing, and Accounting, to meet customer expectations. The representative also supports sales activities by qualifying leads, creating quotes, and nurturing customer relationships to drive business growth.
