## Job Summary **This is a 12-18 month maternity leave contract.** The**Port Connector (Concierge)** will serve as the point of contact and will provide support the unit with administrative duties. Now, if you were to come on board as one of our **Port Connector (Concierge)**, wed ask you to do the following for us: - Manage multiple corporate floors and employee lounge areas. - Support executives onsite to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any issues. - Setup conference rooms, including regular maintenance of white boards; may also involve occasional heavy lifting. - Manage meeting room calendars, schedule audio-visual equipment, and train end users. - Check equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and manage any service or repairs. - Manage supplies, tidy caf, and meet with vendors. - Setup and cleanup of catering/refreshment orders. - Empty dishwashers and return clean dishes to cupboards. - Sort mail and update folders with staff changes. - Order stationery and maintain printer supplies. - Inspect facilities daily, checking for stains, lights, and repairs.
