Occupational Therapist Role The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for delivering occupational therapy interventions to clients, under the direction of a Clinical Manager. Clinical Responsibilities: Conduct client assessments and develop treatment plans that meet their goals. Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate with other healthcare team members as needed. Collaborate with clients and their families to provide education and support regarding treatment strategies. Other Responsibilities: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in occupational therapy. Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to Bayshore Healthcare policies and procedures. Promote a safe and inclusive work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists in good standing.
