Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts for customer; ensure inventory accuracy; and provide weekly reports to management. Execute FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and slotting practices to optimize warehouse operations Oversee pallet rotation and proper stock placement Use scanning devices for tracking, receiving, and dispatching inventory Maintain product identification and location traceability. Research inventory discrepancies and problems; non-conforming products and ingredients; and damaged product to be reconciled in a timely manner and provide a report. Responsible for completing physical inventories/random or receipt audits/reconciliations. Exposure to occasional cold temperature extremes while performing counts in a walk-in cooler (0- 4C) and/or freezer (below -18C). Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc. Compliance with the Company''s Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety, HACCP & GMP. Other duties as assigned.
