Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to lead the coordination of application support efforts for a global mining company. The successful candidate will oversee the smooth running of the enterprise application environment, guiding and mentoring team members in their efforts. The Enterprise Application Lead will play a key role in the development and implementation of policies, strategies, and initiatives that guide the planning, integration, acquisition, deployment, operation, enhancement, and support of the business unit''s information infrastructure. To succeed in this challenging role, the incumbent must be able to learn client processes quickly and become a champion of our processes within six months. This involves leading by example, understanding the tickets the team is working on, and gaining respect from the team through knowledge and commitment to the process. The Enterprise Application stack consists of various systems including HRIS, ERP, BI Applications, EHSC Management System, Expense Management, Sales and Marketing systems, and Service Desk. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 years of strong hands-on experience in supporting SAP S4/HANA ERP with focus on FICO or MM or PM. Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience leading application support team or Business Analysis during implementation or post-implementation. At least 3 years of experience working in a SOX controlled environment with knowledge on IT General controls. Ability to travel 10 to 15% to mining sites in Peru, US, and Canada. Ability to commute 3 days onsite to downtown office. Benefits Salary Range: $140,000/year. Bonus Items: SAP Certification, ITIL Certification, Spanish language proficiency is a big plus.
