Dennis'' Dirtworx Ltd. is currently seeking experienced and safety-conscious Labourer/Rock Truck Operators to join our team in Coaldale, Alberta. First preference will be given to candidates residing in Coaldale, Taber and Lethbridge, Alberta. Our ideal candidate: Able/willing to labour (mandatory) as well has experience operating Rock Trucks (30 and 40 Ton) Understands how to perform a pre-trip inspection to ensure the machine is in good operating condition Can work independently as well as part of team Has a personal vehicle and a valid/clean Class 5 drivers license Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday with the occasional Saturday scheduled shift Sundays and long weekends off (or on volunteer basis for those who want the hours) What We Offer: Competitive Compensation: Pay increases for strong performers Overtime Pay: After 8 hours each day and 44 hours per week Vacation/Holiday Pay: 9.6% of each cheque Full Benefits Package: Provided by Alberta Blue Cross, covering dental, vision, health care, prescription medication, and life insurance.
