Crew Manager: This role goes beyond painting, offering an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills by managing a team of 2-3 individuals. As a Crew Manager, youll oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring operations run seamlessly and that team members are engaged and satisfied with their work. Qualifications: While owning a vehicle is not mandatory, having access to one is highly beneficial, as reliable transportation to and from job sites is essential. Availability to work the majority of the summer season, from April to August. Physical capability to handle ladders and other equipment during the workday. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality results. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
