Job Description: The successful candidate will work as a building maintenance operator at 107 Plaza, located on the north end of downtown. Responsibility: - Ground keeping duty (garbage collection, clean up, lawn mowing, etc.) - Building janitorial duty - Daily ground walk-through - Communications with Tenants regarding their concerns - Rent collection - Security Camera monitoring General maintenance experience and security experience are strong assets.
