**Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, excellent supervisory skills, and a passion for hospitality. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure efficiency and quality service. * Train, mentor, and manage team members to promote a positive work environment and enhance customer service. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen and dining spaces. * Assist in menu planning and inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Monitor POS systems for accurate transactions and assist staff with technical issues. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food items. **Experience** * Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry is required. * Strong knowledge of bartending practices, food safety standards, and kitchen operations. * Proven customer service skills with the ability to manage team dynamics effectively. * Familiarity with POS systems is preferred. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * A background in hospitality is advantageous, along with experience in team management.
