If so, Alberta Justices Dispute Resolution Services is currently hiring a **Child Support Resolution Program (CSRP) Coordinator** come join our team! The Child Support Resolution Program (CSRP) is a mandatory court diversionary program for all matters pertaining to child support. The Program serves both self-represented and represented litigants. The CSRP is delivered by a roster of senior family law lawyers, with the administrative and operational support of a CSRP Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations and delivery of the Child Support Resolution Program. Examples of related experience include working in legal or court settings, such as in roles like Legal Assistant, Legal Administration, Paralegal, or Judicial Clerk. **Equivalencies will be considered on the basis of:** * One year of directly related experience for one year of education OR * One year of directly related education for one year of experience. **Assets** **Preference will be given to candidates with:** * + Working knowledge of the following legislation: + Family Law Act + Divorce Act + Child, Youth and Family Enhancement Act + Maintenance Enforcement Act + Federal Child Support Guidelines + Alberta Rules of Court * Experience working with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Outlook, Teams), Adobe, and Zoom. * Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. * Experience working with the ChildView program. * Experience working with ministry databases such as CASES (used by the courts for civil cases) and JOIN (Justice Online Information Network). * Experience working with vulnerable populations and/or volunteer rosters. * Experience working in the court system, including drafting court orders in all levels of court.
