Your passion for travel and customer service will help bring remarkable journeys to life.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign personalized itineraries for various groupsCoordinate with airlines, hotels, and local partners to ensure seamless, cost-effective experiencesManage all aspects of bookings, from preparing quotes and proposals to handling administrative tasks and accuracy. Cultivate lasting client relationships, driving repeat business and referrals. QualificationsExperience in the travel industry and travel planning an assetFluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin fluency is requiredExcellent communication and customer service and skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple bookings Able to work both independently and within a teamFamiliarity with TICO requirements and group travel regulations is a plusIn-office position. Hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.
