Position: ServiceNow Business Analyst with GRC ModulesLocation: Halifax / Toronto, Canada - HybridDuration: Long TermKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document risk management and compliance requirements.Act as the liaison between risk management teams and IT/ServiceNow developers to ensure GRC solutions meet business needs.Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow Risk, Policy, Compliance, and Audit Management modules.Conduct gap analysis and process improvements to optimize risk workflows and controls within ServiceNow.Support the integration of ServiceNow with other risk and compliance tools.Create functional specifications, user stories for ServiceNow enhancements.Assist in the development and delivery of training and documentation for end users on risk management processes and ServiceNow functionalities.Monitor risk indicators, compliance status, and provide regular reports and dashboards using ServiceNow reporting tools.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk framework. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business, IT, Risk Management, or related field.4+ years experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on risk management, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform in the Risk, Policy, Compliance, or Audit modules.Strong understanding of risk management frameworksExperience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.Knowledge of IT risk, operational risk, and compliance concepts.Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, GRC Specialist) preferred.
