What You'll Do Lead seasonal collections (knits/woven) tailored for Canadian/US markets Work with buyers, merchandisers, and our Dhaka-based teams Deliver tech packs, 3D mockups (CLO3D), and trend-right retail solutions Present to major retailers & lead fabric innovation with our mills Who You Are 8+ years in fashion design for brands like Aritzia, Hudsons Bay, Walmart, Joe Fresh, Canada Goose , YM Corporations , Roots Canada , Simons, Reitmans, etc. Expert in cut-and-sew knits, jersey, and retail-focused womenswear Proficient in CLO3D & Adobe Suite Ontario-based, collaborative, trend-driven, sustainability-aware Bonus Points Experience with design-to-cost & private label Worked with Asia-based factories (esp.
