About the Role: We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in gender equality, planning, administration processes, strategy design, and participatory approaches. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in multicultural teams. Main Responsibilities: Support local partners in Honduras in integrating gender mainstreaming into their projects. Develop tools and strategies to strengthen gender work among local partners. Contribute to the development of project plans and proposals. University degree in social sciences, economics, international development, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in program management, policy development, or research. Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
