Full-Time Farm Employee Beef Cattle & Grain Operation Coulee Crest Farms is hiring! Our family-run farm is looking for a full-time, dependable, and self-motivated farm employee to join our team. We operate a mixed beef cattle and grain farm, and were seeking someone who takes initiative, works well independently, and is committed to quality work and continuous learning. Location: East of Bowden Within commuting distance of Innisfail, Bowden, and Olds (15, 10, 25 minutes) Start Date: Immediate Position Type: Full-time, year-round ________________________________________ About the Role Youll play a key role in supporting daily operations, including: Feeding and caring for beef cattle Assisting with calving, herd health, and low-stress livestock handling Operating and maintaining farm equipment (tractors, loaders, grain trucks, combines, etc.) Participating in seasonal work: seeding, haying, silage chopping, harvest, and grain handling General farm maintenance including fencing, equipment upkeep, yard work, pressure washing Work involves heavy labour and exposure to all weather conditions Horses are not used or required for any tasks ________________________________________ What Were Looking For Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Experience with livestock and/or equipment operation is preferred (willing to train the right person) Mechanical, welding, or fabrication skills are an asset English speaking required Class 5 drivers license and a clean drivers abstract Class 3 license is an asset Must have reliable transportation suitable for winter driving conditions ________________________________________ What We Offer Competitive hourly wages based on experience Performance bonuses Paid sick days and paid holidays Steady, year-round employment with a variety of tasks Supportive, family-oriented work environment Opportunity for skill development and added responsibility over time If you're looking for a long-term role in agriculture and want to be part of a committed, close-knit team, wed love to hear from you.
