Job Title: Operations Manager Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for implementing effective loss prevention policies and procedures in store, minimizing losses through execution of existing measures. You will also assist the store management team in instilling company values and customer promises within the team and in the store. Key Responsibilities: Follow all loss prevention and key control policies to reduce shrink. Perform Weekly Inventory Cycle counts and periodic Full Store Inventory counts. Weekly ordering to ensure you have sufficient inventory. Follow proper store opening and closing procedures, including alarm checks and security walks. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Ability to work independently or as part of a team. A dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. 2 years experience in retail management and customer service. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
