Job Description: Process biweekly payroll for approximately 2000 employees across multiple regions and employee types, including hourly, salaried, and commission-based staff. Ensure compliance across various provinces, including bilingual payroll support in Quebec. Perform audits, reconciliations, and reporting; provide support during period-end close. Act as an expert on payroll systems, with a strong understanding of WorkDay and the ability to transition to new Time and Attendance (T&A) systems. Handle payroll for vendor employees, including commission calculations and financial tracking. Required Skills and Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle, multi-provincial payroll, including Quebec, and expertise in commission calculations. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential. Advanced Excel skills are required. Possession of PCP, CPM, or PLP designations is preferred, along with progress towards certification. Experience with WorkDay is a significant asset. Benefits: A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 per year.
