As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across North America. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and French. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and enjoy a full-time schedule during the week. You will also receive comprehensive training at our office location and have access to a benefits package after six months of employment. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers who have requested roadside assistance with courtesy and empathy. Negotiate fair and favorable pricing with service providers. Keep customers informed throughout the process via phone and chat. Maintain accurate documentation of actions and decisions. Requirements: Fluent bilingualism (English and French). Able to work Monday to Friday, 4:00 am to 12:00 am. Available to work from our office location when necessary. High-speed internet connection and secure, quiet workspace. Ability to multitask in a computerized environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and desire to help others. High school diploma or equivalent.
