DIGITAL PROGRAM MANAGERFULL-TIMETORONTOUp to $120KWe're looking for a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to lead the end-to-end migration of a high-visibility e-commerce platform. This is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for driving the execution of multiple digital initiativesfrom platform transition to feature enhancementswith the goal of delivering a seamless customer experience and long-term business impact.Company Perks and RewardsCompetitive compensationExtensive health benefits packageand more!The Job!Oversee the entire platform migration program, aligning technical execution with broader product vision and business goals.Manage cross-functional workstreams including engineering, product, design, marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer experience.Lead the delivery of strategic initiatives such as site optimization testing, new feature rollouts, and digital product enhancements.Create and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and timelines using tools like Asana and Jira.Track program budgets, allocate resources, and proactively identify and resolve risks or blockers.Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and alignment across teams.Coordinate go-to-market plans for new platform features and marketing initiatives.Evaluate and improve internal processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and delivery quality.Define and report on KPIs, and conduct retrospectives to inform future work.What you bring to the job36 years of experience in program or project management within e-commerce, digital product, or retail environments.Proven experience leading platform migrations or replatforming initiatives particularly in Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.Strong understanding of e-commerce technology ecosystems; experience with ERP, MRP, or PIM integrations is a strong asset.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of successful collaboration across business and technical teams.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.Clear, concise communication style and the ability to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and adaptable in fast-moving environments.Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) are an asset but not required.We really look forward to hearing from you, but please understand that we will only be contacting those that are applicable for the role!Options Consulting Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all individuals.
