The firm is expanding and seeking a Senior Architect to join its Toronto office.Your New RoleAs Senior Architect, youll lead small to large-scale mandates and play a key role in technical coordination, project management, and mentorship. Reporting to the Partners or a Project Director, youll oversee full-cycle project delivery and act as a trusted liaison with clients. Youll manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and quality, define the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and coordinate internal and external stakeholders. Youll also review and produce drawings and specifications to ensure compliance and completeness, independently of the QA program, while overseeing construction administration and resolving technical issues. In addition, youll mentor junior architects and technologists, promote BIM best practices, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.What You'll Need to SucceedYou must hold a valid architectural license in Canada (AIBC) and have 710 years of experience across all phases of architectural projects. Youll bring deep expertise in Commercial and Industrial architecture, along with proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and BIM 360 / IDP.Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are essential. An established network in the commercial or industrial sector is considered a strong asset, as is a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables.What You'll Get in ReturnThis is a remote-first role, with a hybrid work model (80%) to be implemented once the Vancouver office opens.
