In this hands-on, full-spectrum HR role, you will contribute to a high-performing People & Culture function by supporting the end-to-end employee experience. Youll play a central part in onboarding and departures, assist in streamlining internal processes, ensure HR systems are accurate and maintained, and act as a trusted partner to both employees and managers alike. From refining documentation and preparing internal communications to analyzing people data and advising on day-to-day people matters, youll be deeply involved in the operational and strategic rhythm of the employee lifecycle. Reporting to a senior member of the People & Culture leadership team, youll be expected to juggle multiple priorities, offer sound judgment, and bring warmth and clarity to every interaction.This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in HRideally three or more years of generalist experiencewithin a fast-paced, people-focused environment. A post-secondary credential in human resources or a related field is expected, and progress toward a professional designation such as CPHR is considered an advantage. Youre likely proficient in modern HRIS platforms , fluent in provincial employment standards, and confident in your ability to interpret and apply policies thoughtfully and practically.
