In short, we do all these things because we believe you should love where you work and love what you do.Job Summary:The Search Engine Marketing / Paid Search Analyst is responsible for implementing Pay Per Click media strategies for our clients. This person can quickly understand, manage, and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:Plan and execute online paid search campaigns, including implementation, optimization, and analysis.Manage daily and monthly budgets in order to spend by during expected flight dates.Monitor search query reports and other audience reports to ensure quality of traffic is high.Provide ad copy suggestions at opportune times (new promotions, changes to content on the website, etc).Communicate optimizations and recommendations based on client reporting for all major campaign metrics.Analyze campaign dashboards and key reporting tools and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.Cooperate with internal teams on campaign development, timelines, results, and optimizations.Prepare client facing attribution reports by utilizing both internal and third-party reporting tools, such as Search Ads 360 and Google Analytics.Professional Competencies:Strong analytical mindset and ability to make on data-driven decisions.Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems.Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.Ability to clearly and effectively articulate recommendations and ideas.Ready to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals.High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills.Professional Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in successfully managing SEM/Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.Proficient with MS Excel functions like INDEX and MATCH.Comfortable talking to clients and giving recommendations based on their goals.Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics and GA4.Certifications in Google Search and Microsoft Ads preferred.Bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing, business, or related field preferred.*Office is located in Thornhill (L3T 7X8)MultiView is an equal employment opportunity employer.
