This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in commercial mortgage operations, particularly around renewals and underwriting. Youll be part of a collaborative team with strong support, excellent benefits, and great work-life balance.Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of commercial mortgage renewals, assumptions, and investor salesReview underwriting binders, commitment letters, and supporting documents for completeness and accuracyLiaise with lawyers, insurers, investors, and internal stakeholders to ensure all conditions are metAccurately update and maintain loan details in internal systemsMaintain and update various internal reports used by senior management and investorsProvide support and training to junior team membersReview and approve transactions processed by other analystsPerform quality control on files prior to securitizationAssist with AML compliance reviews and documentationReview financial transactions including EFTs, deposits, and cheque requisitionsTake on special projects and provide backup support as neededRequirements:4+ years of experience in the mortgage or financial services industryStrong understanding of mortgage renewals, assumptions, and commercial loan documentationHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordWhy Apply:Excellent compensation and benefits packageGreat work-life balance (only 3 days/week in-office)Stable, supportive team with growth potentialBright, modern office with ongoing training and social eventsIf you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please apply now.
