The company fosters a collaborative and forward-thinking culture, where innovation, integrity, and a proactive mindset are valued and encouraged.Your New RoleAs the HVAC Project Manager, youll lead projects from start to finishensuring theyre delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Youll handle everything from planning and scheduling to financial oversight and stakeholder communication. Building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors will be key, as will your ability to manage risks, review technical documentation, and conduct site visits to ensure proper installation. Youll also support bid preparation and work closely with internal teams to align project goals. Your leadership and attention to detail will help drive successful outcomes and maintain client satisfaction.What Youll Need to SucceedYoull bring 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or coordination, ideally within HVAC or construction. A degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is also valued. You should be confident with budgeting, scheduling, and using Microsoft 365 tools like Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Business Central, and Dynamics Sales. Strong communication skills, the ability to interpret HVAC drawings, and a knack for solving problems are essential.
