We are committed to excellence, efficiency, and building long-term partnerships through integrity and hard work.Position Overview:We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Estimator with a strong background in civil construction and utilities to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil and utility construction projects Review project plans, specifications, and related documents Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bid packages Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors Work closely with project managers, field staff, and clients to ensure alignment on scope and budget Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required Track and analyze project costs and update estimates based on changes Assist with value engineering and cost-saving strategies Maintain strong relationships with industry contacts and clientsQualifications: Minimum 35 years of estimating experience in civil construction and utilities, but encourage those who are selfstarters and competent to apply regardless of experience.
