Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret Costco IRI sales and shopper data to identify where demo support is needed or not needed to maintain sales threshold averages. Manage the up to date accrual spend for all Costco regions globally. Support the sales team with weekly and monthly performance reports for Costco and other key retail accounts.Book and manage CDS demos at the store level based on sales performance, distribution gaps, and promotional strategy.Track and evaluate trade promotions, including ROI, lift analysis, and alignment with national and regional objectives.Reconcile trade spend, deductions, and accruals in coordination with Finance.Maintain dashboards and tools to visualize performance, identify growth drivers, and flag underperforming regions or SKUs.Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing on annual and seasonal trade planning.Monitor competitive activity and category trends using syndicated data tools.Qualifications13 years of experience in CPG, Retail, or Trade Marketing Analytics.Strong experience with Costco IRI, syndicated data platforms, and customer performance analysis.Proficient in Excel, and ideally Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Experience booking or managing CDS demos and understanding Costco field operations is a strong asset.Familiarity with trade spend tracking tools or TPM systems (Vistex, SAP, Blacksmith) preferred.Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
