The Patient Coordinator / Receptionist will be responsible for managing daily reception duties, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining patient records, ensuring the clinic's smooth operation, and assisting with medical-related administrative tasks.Availability:3-5 days a week Monday through Saturday.The following are a highlight of the duties & responsibilities of this role:Greet and welcome visitors and clients to the clinic; make them comfortable while taking information regarding their visit to the clinic.Develop a rapport with our clients.Be knowledgeable, confident and proficient in clinic treatments and products. (with clinic training).Answer phone calls & emails from clients & schedule appointments for clients and inform the staff of their arrival.Manage client custom requests with team members as well as other administrative work pertaining to client follow up and experience.Ensure that the stationery needed for the smooth operation of the reception desk are always available.
