Healthcare Assistant Opportunity Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate patient record retention and management. Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation, packaging, and distribution. Evaluate prescriptions, interpret and input labels and consent forms to ensure patient information is up-to-date. Complete documentation related to third-party management, patient files, prescriptions, and reports. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dispensary area. Support the pharmacy team with inventory management tasks. Requirements: Completed Pharmacy Technician Diploma or Bridging program from an accredited institution (required). Successful completion of the PEBC Qualifying exam (required). Membership in good standing with the provincial College of Pharmacists (e.g., Alberta College of Pharmacy) (required). 1 year continuous working experience in a pharmacy environment.
