The right hire will assist the Business Planning and Supply Chain Teams to manage order flows and accuracy, analyze inventory levels and product demand, and provide administrative support and feedback to the proper functional areas within the company.Duties may include but are not limited to: Ensure the flow of data via internal order routing is operating properly and without errorProcess and review orders for accuracyRequest change orders/revised POs when required. Engaging with retail partners and outbound teamRevised orders as needed due to delivery date changes, requirement changes or inventory availabilityInform and assist customers and internal departmentsFollow-up on orders and shipments, communicating any updates in a timely mannerPrepare standard and ad hoc reports for the department as requiredUtilize customer web portals as needed to confirm POs and obtain or submit order relevant informationUpdating and Processing orders in SAPMaintain a positive, collaborative work environment where employees are empowered to excel in their respective rolesQualification/Requirements: Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university and at least three years experience in forecasting and/or order management; or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong computer related skills, including Microsoft Excel, are mandatoryStrong analytical skills including large volumes of data are neededMust be able to communicate clearly and effectively with confidence at all levels of the organizationMust possess detail orientation, solid execution capabilities, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines with appropriate prioritiesWork effectively and collaboratively across departments and functionsProblem solving skills needed for successful execution of positionSalary Range - $50K - $70K/yr
