Is wholly owned by Brookfield Infrastructure Partners LP (Brookfield), a global leader in the management of alternative assets across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power, and private equity.Summary: This position is responsible for preparation of various departmental reports on credit and collection activities, and helping drive new release and initiatives.Accountabilities: Weekly/Monthly performance reporting incorporating performance reads of different strategy changes and new initiatives, in cooperation with the data team and managementDrive reporting to a standardize and repeatable format to streamline month end processSegmentation, ad hoc analytics, and test design to support decisioning within collections and recovery.Build analytical models to help support decision-making and be a go-to for ad-hoc analysis needsAssists the operations management team on a day to day basis, performing ad-hoc requestsHelp ensure key internal deliverables and new initiatives remain, on track, and supporting them as needed, from requirements to testing and launch.Develop and improve internal processes, optimizing for strategic business outcomesDrive accountability for business outcomes through KPI creation and monitoringOther duties may be assigned to meet business needs.Change Management New strategy development including data-driven analytics, test design, and rollout planExecutes analytical projects in support of pricing and business line operations.Assist in development of segmentation and advanced analytics to drive different treatments and strategiesDrive profitability assessment of Collection and recovery strategies through risk / return analysis using financial modelling.Work with internal and external operations teams to define specific treatments to be allocated by strategyReview strategy changes from conceptual design to analytical sizing to test design to stakeholder buy-in to implementation to interpretation of resultsBusiness Performance Management Management of existing strategies including monitoring / measurement and communication to key stakeholdersManage continuously measure of tests impact through implementation of dedicated reporting and ad hoc analysis. As required, amend / refine strategies through a defined change management process.Monitor operations execution to ensure that strategies are executed as designed. Assist operations in the execution of strategy through standardized and ad hoc analysis including capacity planning, cash collection analysis, etc.Monitor profile and portfolio changes across lines of business, products, and delinquency levelsManage monthly performance views across portfolios including operational execution, strategy performance, and changes to risk profile.Qualifications: BS degree in an analytical discipline - statistics, physics, applied mathematics, computer science, engineering, etc. or equivalent work experienceMinimum 3 years experience in delivering analytic results in a data-driven organization.Minimum 3 years experience with using Microsoft SQL Server technologyProficiency in MS Office applications and Advanced in Access, PowerPoint and ExcelProven experience in helping drive new initiatives from concept to completion familiarity with basic project management skills.Excellent Oral and written communications skills.Skills: Critical thinking skillsCreativity and innovative leadership skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and leverage untapped potential for use in process improvementsBusiness process analysis skillsLeadership, relationship management, consulting, networking and influencing skillsPresentation and communication skillsStrong ability to translate abstract/ theory into concrete communicationsEnercare is an equal opportunity employer.
