The Client will not provide any visa sponsorshipOpportunity: One of our Automotive Industry clients based out in Woodbridge, ON is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for a full-time opportunityJob Details:Position: Maintenance SupervisorLocation: Woodbridge, ONPosition type: Full-time, OnsiteWhat You'll DoLead maintenance operations: Ensure effective execution of all planned/unplanned work and manage resources.Manage materials & inventory: Authorize purchases and monitor MRO levels to prevent overstock/obsolescence.Optimize maintenance processes: Create value-added PMs, identify operator maintenance activities, and ensure timely completion.Support production: Provide off-hours assistance, aid in troubleshooting, and ensure resources for shutdowns.Contribute to department goals: Participate in KPI development, daily production meetings, and generate labor schedules.What You'll BringExperience:Minimum 5 years in maintenance within automotive manufacturing.Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.Qualifications: Licensed trade qualification or strong engineering background.Technical Skills:Demonstrated mechanical/electrical aptitude (root cause analysis, troubleshooting, basic PLC understanding).Basic knowledge of Lean Principles.Soft Skills: Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize, intermediate MS Office skills.Availability: Willingness to work overtime and varying shifts.
