What you''ll do As the Director of Canadian Tire''s Cyber Security Program Management, you will execute the capability strategy for all critical and integrated layered defenses. You will ensure that all requirements and use cases are met by a comprehensive technology roadmap across multiple cyber security domains. Cyber security service strategy Translate strategic cyber objectives (as defined by the CISO) into capability-specific outcomes and requirements. Identify capability requirements and outcomes aligned with the target residual risk posture across cyber security domains. Maintain and communicate cyber security capability roadmaps aligned with strategy. Cyber security program delivery Capture and drive cyber security solution requirements in collaboration with the CISO senior leadership, aligned with the strategy. Coordinate and collaborate on cyber security enhancements across people, processes, and tools enterprise-wide. Manage the overall cyber capability program, including key initiatives, requests, and evolving threats, ensuring they are prioritized and addressed within existing or new capabilities. Cyber security capability standards & requirements lifecycle Translate policies established by the GRC team into capability requirements for delivery teams. Liaise with business and technology leaders to communicate the value of cyber standards and requirements. Act as the single point of contact for cyber-related capability requests, directing stakeholders to the appropriate SMEs. Agile CoE Adopt cyber security design frameworks and guidelines for Agile teams to integrate requirements and capabilities. Ensure security testing and assurance activities (e.g., penetration testing, code reviews, compliance checks) are integrated into every sprint and release milestone. What you bring 10+ years of experience in a large technology environment, preferably in retail or banking, with 5+ years focused on Cyber Security. Extensive experience with Azure cloud solutions. Experience in strategic execution towards multi-year risk and maturity outcomes. Strong background in security technologies spanning on-premise and cloud environments. Advanced Cyber Security qualifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, CCSK) are preferred. Experience with frameworks like NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, MITRE ATT&CK. Experience with SAFe agile delivery practices.
