On behalf of our client, a family-owned business, we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where you will play a pivotal role as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the President, CEO, and board. In this position, you will oversee all financial strategies and operations across the Group, while actively managing their real estate investments and leading the operating companies. What Youll Do : As our CFO, you will : Drive Financial Health : Oversee the strategic growth of our organization, managing cash flow, banking, insurance, taxes, and financial risk to ensure our financial stability and success. Lead Real Estate Investments : Manage the income-producing real estate assets, fostering strong relationships with tenants and identifying new investment opportunities that align with their values. Support Operating Companies : Provide strategic oversight to the group companies, ensuring alignment with their mission and financial goals while leading projects related to expansion and innovation.
