This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person out of our offices 50% of the time. About The Role We are seeking an experienced leader for our Delivery Commercial Operations US & Canada team as the Head of Sales Operations for our Global Accounts and Enterprise segment. This role supports the Head of Global Accounts and the Head of ENT for US and Canada, working with a team of Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Solution Managers, and Sales Managers. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating innovative solutions for complex problems. You will partner with the leadership team to implement business rhythms, drive reporting accuracy, analyze trends, develop GTM strategies, and lead growth initiatives. Deep sales operations expertise, technical skills, financial acumen, and analytical ability are essential. Responsibilities Define and manage sales support systems and processes for business growth. Develop advanced forecast models. Analyze sales team performance. Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. Lead special projects within and outside of your segment. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years supporting complex enterprise sales operations. 5+ years supporting Global Accounts sales operations worldwide. 3+ years in people management. Experience across functions like compensation, forecasting, segmentation, and GTM strategy. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and CRM tools like Salesforce. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years in Sales Operations or related fields. 2-3 years as an Account Manager or Executive in B2B. Experience in high-growth B2B companies. MBA or higher in economics, math, or business. Proven ability to optimize sales processes and influence stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Compensation For Canada-based roles : CAD$171,000 - CAD$189,500 per year. For US-based roles : USD$167,000 - USD$207,000 per year, depending on location. Eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits. Details at Uber Benefits .
