Strong knowledge of CRE business processes, lease lifecycle, and asset management. Hands-on experience with CRE platforms such as Yardi, MRI, or Argus. Proficiency in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and integration technologies (REST APIs, microservices). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
