The Surrey-Whalley Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) offers Full-time, Part-time, and Locum opportunities. We operate in a team-based care model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, clinical counsellors, allied health professionals, and administrative support. You will function as an essential member of our clinical care team and manage a panel of patients. Our goal is to provide patient-centered and trauma-informed care to our clients, focusing on serving the vulnerable and medically complex populations. Experience in mental health, OAT, and working with at-risk populations will be an asset. Join us to provide timely access to patients, families, and caregivers to comprehensive, person-centered, culturally safe, and quality care. Remuneration: Contracted in accordance with the provincial physician master agreement. Full Time/Part Time/Locum/Temporary: Duties will be split between longitudinal care and urgent care walk-in services, primarily within the longitudinal care stream.
