The purpose of this role is to lead the growth of ITI Groups business in the U.S. while maintaining and strengthening operations across North America. You will be responsible for embedding ITI Groups capabilities into the U.S. market and driving sustainable, long-term growth aligned with the companys values and strategic objectives. You will have the opportunity to deliver client-focused solutions across key service areas such as Operational Excellence, Analytics, MES, OEE, SCADA systems, Cybersecurity, and broader Digital initiatives. Reporting to the Divisional Director, you will drive commercial development and sales in North America and be accountable for North American P&L ensuring revenue growth targets and business profit targets are met. SUMMARY OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES You will : Develop, Lead and execute the Digital Operations strategy. Collaborate with the Sales team, identify key must win orders and develop plans involving both teams to execute. Effectively partner with and influence the sales team to deliver against budget. Be responsible for North America P&L and US operations and delivery against budget. Drive customer engagement and develop working relationships with key clients, ensuring each customer has multiple points of contact within the Group. Have overall effective leadership of your teams in line with the Groups culture, values and behaviours. Supporting, motivating and developing your team to deliver. Actively encourage and enable communication and resource sharing across the Group. Develop and cultivate external networks to improve business outcomes. Embed an organisational culture that enables and encourages agile and innovative thinking and decision making. Monitor customer, market and competitor activities and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions. Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs. Line management and functional responsibility for assigned team. SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS We are looking for : Experience and Knowledge Demonstrable history of successful whole-lifecycle client management, i.e. sales-project service-renewal. Forecasting, budgeting, and margin improvement experience. Previous P&L responsibility. Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry. Sound understanding (at high level) of Operational Excellence and Improvement, Analytics, Connectivity, Support, Cyber security, MES, OEE, SCADA systems, and Digital technologies''. Bachelors degree in Engineering (or equivalent business e.g. MBA). Skills and Abilities Ability to set and execute business strategy, growth plans, and operational goals. Ability to manage key client relationships, support business development and drive customer satisfaction. Ability to guide engineering teams, evaluate projects, and support R&D efforts.
