Principal SAP CX / C4C Consultant - CAN Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant in SAP CX / C4C. As a Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team, helping discover and define the problem statement, evaluating solution options, and making recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts, and implement deployment plans. Additionally, you will support knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Required Qualifications: Candidate must be within commuting distance of Calgary/Ontario or willing to relocate. Travel may be required. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute each year of education. Minimum of 12 years of IT experience. Authorized to work in Canada without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship provided. Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years in SAP CR&B implementation, including CRM / Customer Service Management modules, SAP C4C. Experience in Electricity, Gas, or Water Utilities industries in North America. Core knowledge in customer service processes for utilities, including Move in/Move out, Contract accounts, and key ISU processes. Experience with SAP CRM ISU or S/4 ISU Customer Service / Customer Engagement modules. Experience with BRF+. Experience in at least one end-to-end lifecycle implementation: requirements gathering, business process design, SAP configuration, RICEFW design, testing, and issue resolution. Strong client-facing skills, communication, and presentation skills. Analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel data analysis of SAP ISU data. Project experience with SAP C4C Utilities is preferred. Ability to coordinate with offshore teams and manage work delivery between onsite and offshore. Flexible working hours due to remote environment, including offshore overlaps. The role involves extended computer work and communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face. Estimated annual compensation for Ontario location ranges from $101,500 to $134,404.
