Key Requirements 3+ years of experience leading a full-service restaurant or bar. Passionate about developing others and staying updated on food and drink trends. Established leadership skills and ability to motivate teams. Successful in training staff on technical skills. Highly organized with strong planning and administrative skills. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Ability to showcase Brand Ambassadorship and local marketing skills. Skilled in setting and achieving short and long-term business goals.
