The Role As the General Manager of our Acton location, you will be the cornerstone of our team and operations. Your responsibilities include: Leading, coaching, and developing your team of managers and crew to deliver world-class guest experiences; Upholding McDonalds brand standards, including food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence; Achieving sales and guest count targets through local store marketing and community engagement; Being a visible, hands-on leader who fosters a positive workplace culture; and Representing Five Kites Hospitality values in everything you do.
