Were seeking a strong operational leader to help drive service excellence, team culture, and business performance at this iconic urban property. What will I be doing? As a member of the Executive Team, the Hotel Manager will oversee the daily operation of the hotel, providing leadership in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities include: Managing all property issues in collaboration with the Area General Manager. Leading hotel operations including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, service initiatives, performance management, policy compliance, guest inquiries, and meetings. Overseeing large projects such as renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and brand updates. Developing hotel budgets and strategic goals. Providing leadership to ensure revenue targets are met and guest satisfaction is prioritized. Controlling costs and analyzing results to address issues. Responding to audits and driving continuous improvement. Coordinating service delivery across departments to meet guest expectations. Implementing new customer service strategies. Ensuring compliance with service standards. Managing and developing department heads for career progression. Fostering communication and collaboration among teams. Responding to guest feedback to enhance satisfaction. Maintaining relationships with community leaders and other hotels. Promoting a positive hospitality culture. What are we looking for? Basic Qualifications: 3+ years in Hotel Manager, AGM, or equivalent role at a large or boutique hotel with luxury standards. Experience managing a property with revenue of $30M+. Experience managing a Four Diamond Plus property. Preferred Qualifications: Performance-driven with strong leadership skills. F&B experience preferred. Attention to detail and high standards. Hilton brand experience. Additional qualifications include a degree or diploma in Hotel Management, 3-5 years of hotel management experience, and skills in budgets, revenue management, and team leadership. Knowledge of hotel property management systems and previous similar roles are advantageous.
