Our client, a leader in their field based in Kingsville, ON, is looking for a Director, Treasury & Shared Services to lead treasury operations, financial risk management, insurance, and centralized AR/AP functions. Responsibilities: Manage daily cash flow, forecasting, and banking relationships Optimize treasury operations and corporate credit card programs Lead risk mitigation, insurance programs, and ensure regulatory compliance Oversee AR/AP teams, drive automation, and improve working capital performance Support financial planning, grower lending, and credit risk analysis Provide insight into trade risks, including tariffs and compliance 3 Direct Reports Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, or CTP preferred) 35 years of direct treasury experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Proven leadership in shared services (AR/AP) and financial operations Strong knowledge of banking, insurance, and risk management Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Envision, Oracle) Industry experience in agriculture, food, manufacturing, or automotive is a plus Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills David Aplin & Associates Inc., operating as Aplin, and its associated brands, CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment, is an award-winning employment agency connecting diverse, top-tier talent with exceptional organizations across North America.
