Job Details Location: Markham, supporting Western Zone operations Hours: 11am 7 pm EST Reporting to the Senior Dealer Relations Manager, the Dealer Relations Analyst is a developmental position aimed at evaluating the individual''s potential to become a Field Associate. Responsibilities Support Group 1 & 2 Auto Dealer Business and Powersports Dealers to enhance brand strength, profitability, customer satisfaction, and owner loyalty. Serve as the primary contact and liaison with Powersports Dealers and Honda/Acura Auto Group 1 & 2 dealers via virtual contact, ensuring Honda''s objectives and brand image. Assist the Field Operations Manager and Senior Dealer Relations Analyst, including administrative functions in the zone office. Specific Tasks Dealer Network Support: Facilitate regular meetings between Dealer Relations Analysts and Powersports Dealer Sales Managers, develop knowledge of Powersports business, and create joint performance metrics. Prepare weekly status reports, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and identify roadblocks. Conduct performance reviews, monitor sales trends, and develop business plans with large volume dealers. Prepare performance highlights for monthly calls and encourage team participation. Develop strategies supporting PSP sales growth, provide sales tools, analyze sales data, and onboard new dealers. Auto Dealer Support: Assist with sales, including ancillary and warranty sales. Support used vehicle operations, improve underperforming dealers, and grow financial penetration. Analyze dealer performance, provide training, and support the dealer network. Financial Knowledge Development: Complete courses, navigate LOLA, and understand core dealership financial KPIs. Dealer Improvement: Review dealer KPIs, create action plans, and meet monthly with dealer principals to review results and support KPI improvement. Motivational Programs & Communications: Review sales publications, ensure eBiz access, and communicate program contests to motivate staff. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications University degree or College diploma 3 years automotive experience Knowledge of Honda Financial Services products and programs Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build relationships across departments Self-motivated with ability to work independently Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Leadership and management skills, with focus on relationship building and performance management Note: Starting November 2nd, 2025, hybrid roles will transition to a four-day in-office, one-day WFH model.
